Improved
Wallu finds the right part of your documents more often
We rebuilt how Wallu reads and searches your knowledge base, so questions about specific things land on the right passage:
- Exact names count - a question that names an error code, command, config key or file now favors the passage that actually contains it, not just one on a similar topic
- Nothing gets cut off - long sections are split so every part of a document can be found, including the end of long FAQ pages and code files
- Questions stay with their answers - imported Discord conversations keep a question together with the staff reply that answered it
- Lists, tables and code keep their layout instead of being flattened into one line
- Cleaner links - expired Discord attachment links and very long tracking links no longer end up in answers
Documents pick this up the next time they are updated, so nothing to do on your side. Tips for a knowledge base that answers well are in the knowledge sources guide.
