The Insights page is now a chat. Open it to see the improvements that would help most - what members keep asking that Wallu couldn't answer, what your staff answer by hand again and again, and where answers got downvoted - then ask follow-up questions in your own words.

• Suggested FAQs come with an Add FAQ button - check the suggestion, edit it if needed and add it
• Read the recorded questions and replies right below the chat
• It replaces the topic groups and weekly action points
